Biography: Pat Ruzich

High-Performance Coaching requires a unique set of skills and experiences in order to be successful. It is a blend of consulting and counseling that requires a seasoned professional who has successfully applied High-Performance Coaching in a variety of business organizations. It requires someone who has solid experience dealing with executives who are facing tough issues.

Pat Ruzich has more than twenty years of experience successfully applying these tools and methodologies. She enjoys working with intelligent, action-oriented executives who want to make things happen. Facing the demands of the future requires making changes with speed and flexibility. Pat’s high-performance coaching approach is sharply focused and tailored to each individual’s needs in the context of the organizational system.

Pat started Ruzich Consulting in 1997, specializing in coaching for high performance. Her professional experience includes seven years as a Senior Consultant at First Chicago NBD Corporation, five years as a consultant and manager at Rockwell International, and ten years as an independent consultant and a therapist for families and family-owned businesses. Her clients include Bank One; Fifth Third Bank; Hewitt; Towers Perrin; Johnson Controls; Bandag Corporation; the law firm Schwartz, Cooper, Greenberger & Krauss; Roush Racing; the Brookfield Zoo; and others.

Pat received her Master Coach training from two years of study with Rita Cashman, one of the pioneers of the corporate coaching business. She is also a Master Practitioner for Neuro-Linguistic Programming from the NLP Institute of Chicago. Pat attended the Systems Dynamics Institute at M.I.T. She earned her degree in Applied Behavioral Science at George Williams College and is a graduate of the Gestalt Institute of Chicago. She was a college instructor for the Gestalt approach to change and organizational behavior. Besides coaching and consulting, she is an avid gardener and enjoys being out in her sea kayak.
